3. Return Process

   ● Return the item: Send the package back to the return address we specify. Please keep the mailing receipt so that you can track the package.
4. Refund Processing
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed as soon as possible. The refund will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that the processing time may take up to 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchange Processing
   We will process your exchange request after receiving the returned item and send out the new item as soon as possible. For exchange orders, you only need to pay the difference in price (if applicable).
